Armenian Foreign Minister Arat Mirzoyan and Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov initialed the agreement on the establishment of peace and interstate relations between the Republic of Armenia and the Republic of Azerbaijan. The RA Ministry of Foreign Affairs informs about this.
