In particular, he noted: "In this regard, I would like to ask Mr. Grigoryan several questions:
a) Whether the above-mentioned map has already been accepted as a basis for further delimitation by Azerbaijan and Armenia before the handover of territories in Tavush, if so, by what document and when was it ratified by the parliaments of the respective countries.
b) If it is so, then why is it not fixed in the regulation of delimitation submitted to the RA NA, if it is not so, then on what legal basis did the commission headed by you carry out the handover of territories before creating a proper legal basis for it?
c) If this is the case, why did Azerbaijan not withdraw its own armed forces in the area in question from the territories belonging to the Berkaber settlement on the same map?
d) If this is not the case, then don't you think that you personally, as a public official, exceeded your powers and ceded territories of the Republic of Armenia to Azerbaijan, without having any valid legal basis for it? We have submitted a report about the crime against Mr. Grigoryan, and we will pursue that he stand before the court and answer these questions there, instead of trying to mislead people in the National Assembly with primitive manipulations."
