"SOGLASI" CJSC considers it necessary to reflect on the recent legal force of the anti-corruption court. The civil case deals with the lawsuit of the RA Prosecutor General's Office, which is to terminate the right of ownership of "Soglasie" CJSC and invalid state registration of property rights.
We are talking about the former Children's World department store. It is obvious to "Soglasi" CJSC that the above-mentioned judicial act is conditioned by Russian businessman, UAR President and Ambassador of UNESCO Ara Abrahamyan. At the same time, we say that the necessary construction works are carried out by Soglasi Armenia CJSC, which is the necessary construction works, the addressees of which have been conducted by the administrative bodies.
As well as Soglasi-Armenia CJSC is a foreign investor. Unfortunately, the anti-corruption court ignored the mentioned objective data in this case and preferred without the necessary legal grounds, the arbitrary execution. It is noteworthy that the reasons for the court not only do not correspond to the requirements of the Decisions of the Constitutional Court of Armenia, the demands of the Court of Cassation, but also the requirements of the European Court of Human Rights.
"SOGLASIA" CJSC will appeal the illegally judicial act in the establishment of the establishment.
It is noteworthy that in the conditions of not identical, however, the same lawsuit of the Anti-Corruption Court was rejected by another case on another area of the Prosecutor General's Office, the owner of which is a pro-government company.
