Azerbaijan carried out an operation in Karabakh, under which it had at least 3-4 UN resolutions, RA NA Speaker Alen Simonyan said in a conversation with "Freedom". He emphasized that "attacking Karabakh and occupying territories from Armenia are different things from the point of view of law."
Simonyan clarified that, however, the problem should not be solved by military means.
"In general, this problem and the war cannot be justified in any way," said the Speaker of the National Assembly.
