Lerchek violated the terms of house arrest

It became known that blogger Valery Chekalina (Lerchek) violated the conditions of house arrest, Mash Telegram channel reports. Chekalin has been under house arrest since October 4.

One of the conditions was a ban on the use of the Internet. On October 9, FSIN officials announced that he had given likes to social media posts.

According to Mash, the blogger was released from the warning. At the same time, in GUFSIN, whose message was quoted by RIA Novosti, they also announced that no violations of the house arrest order by Chekalina were recorded.

The case against Lerchek and her ex-husband was initiated under Article 193.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("foreign currency transfer operations in foreign currency or the currency of the Russian Federation using forged documents"). The Chekalins were sent to house arrest until November 26. Moreover, blogger Valeria does not accept her guilt.
