On October 13-17, the delegation led by the Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the RA Armed Forces, Major General Artur Yeroyan, participated in the annual conference of NATO's Operational Capabilities Concept (OCC) in Casablanca, Morocco. Within the framework of the OCR process, units of NATO partner countries undergo an assessment of the level of interoperability with NATO forces within the framework of international missions.
During the visit, Major-General Yeroyan met with a number of colleagues, including Deputy Chief of Staff of the Supreme Allied Command in Europe, Vice Admiral Gunstein Bruasdal (Norway) and Deputy Chief of Staff of the Military Cooperation Service of NATO's EDUC Partnership Directorate, Brigadier General Martin Remes ( (Slovakia). Issues related to cooperation, including the next round of interoperability assessment, were discussed.
As a result of the evaluation of the previous cycle of the Armenian units, the certificates confirming the interoperability were handed over to the Armenian delegation.
