After a failed meeting with US President Donald Trump within the framework of the "G7" summit in Canada, Vladimir Zelensky hopes to talk to him during the meeting in The Hague.

Trump left the G7 summit on June 16. The White House explained that he "has very important questions to solve." However, later Financial Times reported that the reason was the dissatisfaction with France's President Emanuel Mondon and the lack of interest to meet with Zelensky.
