Prior to the advanced and day-old developing states, reducing the shadow economy, they continue to have serious problems in Armenia in this regard. Moreover, unfortunately, there are many different lobbying circles, which are actually shadow coatings.
In particular, such circles prior to a number of theses that do not meet the new digital system of stamping products. First of all, it should be noted that the discussions on the new digital stamping system were completed in 2018, and already in 2018. On February 2, Almaty was signed in Almaty. After the signing of the agreement and entry into force, all EEU member states started the process of setting operators.
It turns out that certain lobbying circles in order to advance their own interests are consistently consciously distorted reality, trying to block the struggle against the shadow. According to experts, the struggle against new digital instruments is specially specific to all countries where the shadows beneficiaries have real "heavy losses" as a result of the use of new methods to combat the shadow.
It is clear that the same circles are not knowled by the fact that the new digital system has many advantages over the previous one. Summing up the views of several experts in the field we talked to us, such a comparison is received.
- This is a digital system that allows you to postpone the circulation of goods and get out of circulation. The old system of paper stamps does not have that opportunity.
- Money from the state budget is not spent on the digital stamping system, while in case of the old system, more than five billion drams have been spent annually from the state budget.
- Digital stamp is not required to print in paper. For example, it can be printed on the box through a laser printer. This method is currently actively using cigarette producers in Armenia. Paper stamping does not have that opportunity.
- One of the most important features of the digital stamping system is with the EEU countries, that is, the manufacturer (importer) posts a single pricing and it is able to sell its products both in Armenia and the Eorth Market. The old system of paper stamps does not give such an opportunity.
- In the case of a digital stamping system, the false stamp is easily discovered, as each unit is out of circulation when the relevant information is transmitted through the cash register. In case of falsifying the paper stamp, it is practically possible to find it.
- Through the digital stamping system, the national catalog is created, which is constantly updated and can be used in many areas. The old system of paper stamps does not have that opportunity.
It is obvious that not talking about these advantages, the spread of non-objective information that does not comply with the introduction of a new digital system is aimed at the introduction of new shadow tools, which cannot lead to the state interests of the Republic of Armenia and the priorities of tax discipline and economic development.
It should be added that within the framework of the journalistic investigation, we will send a request to the RA State Revenue Committee on the $ 50 billion of Armenian drams, as well as the recent amount of the same source to the RA state budget. It is interesting that this round money is provided for the acquisition of a stabbing lack of actual effects for the shadow reduction. These are the facts that are many, which are raising the business. It is enough to just access any store and, for example, ice cream refrigerators pay attention to filled stamps. It should be reminded that the State Revenue Committee was recently purchased for additional batches for ice creams.
