The 1990s were one of the deepest and difficult periods of the recent history of Armenia, which were characterized not only by reorganization of statehood, a sharp turn of the transition from the socialist system, but also with deep cultural and psychological resignance. During those years, the redistribution of property, the liberalization of the economy, the introduction of market relations took place in quite unpredictable and unstable, when the state did not have the necessary management institutions, control mechanisms and strategic directions.

It is no secret that in the Soviet era, in spite of corruption, closed system and other shortcomings, education and knowledge were greatly respectful. And in those 70 years, Armenia's scientific and cultural life has experienced unprecedented development. However, the transition to independence recovery led to the pillars of knowledge, education, and the pillars of social progress with intellectual work. The new business class, which is largely, is largely as a result of higher education, systemic work, innovation, corporate models, but rather a rapid and non-resolved mechanisms, and often to accumulate humanity through the public transactions and communication. Of course, ignoring the flexibility of doing business, especially in accordance with the public perception. This became a dangerous turn, because the model of success was changed. And there was such an idea that education is no longer necessary for success. In other words, "illiterate millionaire" or "Business Magics with 7th Grade Edition" became an attractive image, especially for aparats and young people. Naturally, this phenomenon was a serious blow to the public trust in education, something that was previously perceived as the main way to socialize. The problem became more difficult when these new stereotypical models began to strengthen in the media, in public, and even in culture. Films, TVills were made, heroes were created, which, lacking their education and intellectual capacity, were only able to achieve wealth, power or public recognition. There were even messages on various public platforms, according to which "the main thing is money", and education is "meaningless loss of time." If the 1990s were marked with suspicious enrichment and successful models, since the years, since the 2000s, in addition to the establishment of institutions in Armenia, which gradually began to influence public perceptions. This was due to a number of factors, especially during the second president's tenure, new people began to climb on social and political elevations, and their voices and position began to be crucial in various fields, including business, economy, politics and civil society. These were the people who received a good education not only in Armenia, but also in foreign universities. Thanks to them, the public field entered other values, fresh professional qualities and a new management culture. And the example of their success has led to some changes in public thinking. Although odious faces remained, they were no longer decisive. Teenagers and young people have already begun to think that in order to succeed, you need to get a good education and acquire professional qualities. As a result, the idea of ​​"forest and semi-annual millionaire" is not right. Recently, another dangerous extreme has begun to spread. Representatives of the government, the leadership of the CP and the leadership of his wife, have started "educating fashionable" movement for their PIAR. At first glance, it may seem that there is no extraordinary circumstances, but it is more dangerous to preach in the 1990s. Why is it dangerous?

Let's start with the message transferred through it. First of all, education is not a attribute of fashion, but just a necessity. That is, education simply cannot be "fashionable". Especially in the fastest development of current technological development, education should be considered not stylish, but not to be relevant to the margins, as well as the main guarantee of success. So, by saying that education is just a fashion, thus depreciating the educational process, educating, the original purpose of education.

To avoid misunderstanding, let's emphasize that, unfortunately, by saying a high level of education, many understand only the graduation of universities. Other, to put it mildly, there are strange approaches. For example, according to Pashinyan, education is more of more foreign languages. But the body of education is wider, as a result of learning new skills or crafts, and the possession of different professional skills, especially those abilities. Another direction of education may concern the expansion of a person's worldview or the accumulation of experience. For example, what messages do pioneers of this movement make in connection with education when Nikol Pashinyan not only stand out with imbalance, but also by interpretation of street levels? On the other hand, people who have high-speed and high positions appear in high speeds, which are not only far from the field of management, but sometimes they have no higher professional education. Or people do not work with their professional orientation. If you have noticed, the educational standard in terms of human leadership is not taken into account at all, it will be voluntary, it is unpunished, and with soul and character ... In addition to good education, it is better to be adaptive, smoking, one's own opinion, in a word, one of the "Killed" inciuting cards, ordinary "backpack". Why do we spend my effort and energy, educated, if a "soft position" is possible to get a diploma after receiving a mandate? Then to give the lessons a lesson from the podium and screens. And maybe this is the whole purpose ...
