"When we sign the documents that the delegations must sign, the most important thing for us is that who will sign those documents by Ukrainian," said the Kremlin representative.
Negotiations between Russia and Ukraine took place in Istanbul on May 16. After the meeting, Moscow and Kiev agreed to exchange captarians with a resolution "1000 for 1000", to present their vision of a possible future ceasefire, to further formulate it and continue the negotiation process.
