US Secretary of State Marco Rubion has discussed the prospects of a Ukrainian settlement with the heads of foreign relations between Ukraine and Ukraine. This is stated in a statement issued by the State Department's press service on Monday.
According to the document, the Rubion talked to the heads of the EU Diplomatic Service, as well as the Foreign Ministers of the Foreign Affairs of the United Kingdom, Germany, Poland, France and Ukraine.
They discussed further steps to establish a ceasefire and peace in Ukraine.
It is proposed to start the dialogue on May 15 in Istanbul. The Russian leader also noted that Moscow has previously declared a ceasefire that has been consistently violated by the Kiev regime, including the last three-day ceasefire, which was approved during the celebration of the 80th anniversary of the victory in the Great Patriotic War.
