The US State Department has approved the Treaty of F-16 Fighter Fighter and Service Teaching Services, worth approximately $ 31 million.
This was reported by the Pentagon Security Cooperation Agency, which is responsible for the supply of military equipment and weapons abroad under intergovernmental agreements.
"The State Department has approved a possible foreign military sales of $ 310.5 million to the Ukrainian government for the training and service and related equipment of F-16 planes," the statement said.
The contract includes training services for fighter modification, their service, pilots and technical staff, as well as spare parts, equipment and software supply.
