40 rescue and rapid response teams and ATS are involved in the search for Raisi's helicopter.

The head of the Iranian Red Crescent Society (IRCS), Pir-Hossein Kulivand, announced that 40 rescue and rapid response teams were sent to the crash site of the helicopter of Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi, reports Tasnim.

He informed that IRCS teams from East Azerbaijan and neighboring states were sent to the accident zone.

Cullivand noted that drones were also used for the search, but flights were difficult due to the terrible weather.

According to him, the place of the incident is in a mountainous area that is difficult to pass.

The exact location of the helicopter crash of President Raisi and his entourage is reported to be near the village of Ozi, located in the forests of Arasbaran in the northwestern province of East Azerbaijan.
