Former Ombudsman Tatoyan, the former Ombudsman of the Republic of Armenia writes:
"In connection with the house arrest of the died hero soldier Garik Galeyan, I noticed the lawyer's statement that his home detention ended with the court's decision, but he said, according to a lawyer, remains illegally in house arrest.
This is a question that requires immediate clarification, and should be resolved urgently. It is about the constitutional right of human rights.
In particular, the issue is more urgent and sensitive, as it is about a person who is a father of a soldier in the 44-day war. Not counting that is the day following the Feast of the Holy Resurrection on Monday
