The United States and Iran did not discuss Iran's missile program during the talks

During the talks in Oman, the United States and Iran did not discuss issues related to the development of the Iranian missile program and the activities of Iranian groups in the region. The consultations were concentrated exclusively on the prospects of disagreements over the Iranian nuclear program, the diplomatic source told TASS.

According to him, the Iranian side views the talks as a "Diplomatic Victory" for the Islamic Republic, which managed to remove the issue of the missile program from the agenda.

"The participants of the meeting discussed only the framework of future nuclear talks.

Consultations did not address issues such as the implementation of the Iranian missile program and "the axis of the resistance, including the Huts, against whom the United States are carrying out military campaigns in Yemen."
