Argentine Prosecutor Sebastian Basso has asked the country's Federal Court to arrest Iranian Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, in 1994, killed 85 people in the Jewish center, reporting Baso's request.
According to the portal, Basso, in 1994, he noted that the Iranian leader should be investigated to plan and implement an attack in his supposed participation.
In his statement, Basso also demanded that all persons accused of terrorism remotes.
According to Infobae, the judge is expected to study the prosecutor's request in a few days and decide whether to order the detention of the Supreme Leader of Iran.
