For the social security of Nagorno-Karabakh, the Armenian government has provided more than 115 billion drams from October 2023 to the state budget since October 2023.
RA Deputy Prime Minister Tigran Khachatryan stated this in an interview with the Public Television, noting that more than 85-90% of the allocated sums were provided exclusively from the state budget.
"Of course, there were additional funds allocated with the support of international organizations, which we thank the principle of our work, when we decide that the program is necessary, we cannot wait. We are implementing our budget, and then, if there are partners who want to join, it is only welcome, "the Deputy Prime Minister said.
According to Khachatryan, the expectations of mobilization of financial resources through international conferences are overvalued, and the government does not build its policy on such expectations.
"We do not see such an additional opportunity if it is a problem that is not solved as a result of holding or organizing any additional conference, of course, we can not see it, but we do not see it at this stage," Khachatryan said.
