The 25th Conference of the OSCE Trafficking Against Trafficking of the OSCE and the Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Affairs, Head of Trafficking and Women's Issues, was also involved in Vienna. This was reported by the ASS Ministry.

"Protection of childhood, the formation of the future. High-ranking officials of various countries, representatives of international and civil society organizations were present at the conference entitled to discuss the work on the protection of children's rights and the fight against child trafficking, and the options for the fight against child trafficking were attended at the conference entitled.

During the conference, Tatevik Stepanyan also made a speech, emphasizing the importance of the work carried out by the Republic of Armenia in the direction of the protection of children's rights and the fight against trafficking. In this context, the Deputy Minister presented the sectoral policy, to detail the measures taken by various cooperation and the legislative changes in the field of child protection.

Touching upon the community-based child and family support services in Armenia, Tatevik Stepanyan spoke about the development of alternative care, and the support programs for children who have suffered trafficking, and regularly on specialized training courses, as well as a word-valuus model.

Given the possible vulnerability of children displaced by conflicts, the speaker also emphasized the role of the Republic of Armenia to integrate anti-trafficking measures in the social protection system.

"Protection from child trafficking is not only a political commitment, but also the responsibility of each of us. Armenia is ready to cooperate with all stakeholders to ensure a safer and fair future of our children, "he said.

Within the framework of the conference, Tateik Stepanyan met with the representatives of Sweden, Germany and the OSCE, discussed issues related to the expansion of bilateral cooperation in the fight against child protection and trafficking.

During the meeting with the OSCE Special Representative for Trafficking Kary Johnston, the Deputy Minister presented the sectoral reforms and emphasized the importance of continuous cooperation with international partners. Karary Johnston welcomed the work aimed at implementing joint initiatives in the fight against trafficking. The latter also expressed readiness to take active steps in that direction in the near future.
