The "Fact" daily writes:
After the 44-day war, information was circulating that the Permanent Representation of Artsakh was closed in the Russian Federation. However, both in 2021 and in 2022 that information was officially denied.
According to the "Fact" newspaper, the representation really continued to operate at that time, but recently, however, it has been closed.
We tried to find out this information from Artsakh Permanent Representative to Artsakh Albert Andrea, but did not make any contact with him.
Our diplomatic sources report that before Artsakh's denial and submission were a proposal, partially transferred the functions of that representation at the RA Embassy in Russia by adding one position.
But now, according to our information, even that topic is closed.
