New taxes, fine new "material". "Fact"

The "Fact" daily writes:

The Armenian government has decided to apply it in 2022. In winter, the legislative changes in the tax code and additional taxes are charged additional companies.

The essence of the law is that there is still an unfinished, commitment to pay property tax on buildings, from the end of the initial construction permit or the extension of that period. In other words, if the developing company has extended the dates of the construction permit, it is still obliged to pay the property tax of the unsutenous building yet.

It is noteworthy that the legislative change entered into force in 2023. From January 1, but so far that law has not been used.

Instead, Yerevan's city authorities have set new, huge high rates on local fees for developing companies, as well as an unprecedented degree of providing construction and extending their term.

The purpose of these two changes was to allow the businesses to complete the construction work on time and not to leave half-heartedly.

In fact, the authorities have developed two tools (and in fact, sanctions), one of which is already operating, and the other has remained suspended before the other year.

But in fact, new money is needed to go to the government, and they have decided to test their arsenals of the tax "materials", to see how much money from businesses operating in Armenia and put the second sanction.

The law on demanding property tax for the unsutenous building has become a major threat to developing companies. Many of them may face the danger of bankruptcy, causing a multiplied negative effect to market many other spheres, such as the banking system.

We don't even mention the many citizens waiting for their apartments, which can be detailed by hundreds of thousands of thousands of citizens affected by the authorities. It is difficult to say.

Perhaps many or will have to stop their activities, or they will run bankrupt ways to circumvent difficulties. Meanwhile, from our country, the insured liabilities of the Constitution are the improvement of the business environment, the promotion of housing construction, etc.

Both the citizen is not a fine material ...
