And this is manifested in state bodies and police stations, beating, physical violence and ridicule, which is absolutely unacceptable.
The impunity for the police is born on day by day. Recently, what happened to the people of Artsakh in Vanadzor is a proof of hatred and contempt for people of Artsakh.
The behavior of these authorities is no longer to stop these discriminatory and degrading attitudes and are promptly to protect the rights of the people of Artsakh and responsible for those who violate the law and human dignity.
