Ukraine does not intend to officially recognize the loss of territories, to record its refusal to join NATO and the European Union and agree to restrict its armed forces. Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrei Sibigan stated this in an interview with RBC-Ukraine.
According to him, Ukraine will never "recognize" the loss of territories, as it is convinced that no one can ban himself from participating in "some alliances." "Be the European Union, whether NATO, the third, the restrictions on the defense capacity of Ukraine, there can be no restrictions on our army," he said, answering the question about the "red lines" if the talks began.
While listing "red lines", SIBIga did not mention the problems of real borders, language and cultural policy.
