On October 11, at 10:25 p.m., the crisis management center of the Lori Regional Rescue Department received an alert that an accident had occurred in the city of Spitak.
One combat unit from the fire-rescue squad of the Regional Rescue Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs went to the scene. It was found that "Mercedes-Benz" (driver: H. D., born in 1993) and another "Mercedes-Benz" (driver: A. A., born in 1999) cars collided. The rescuers turned off the power to the cars, closed the gas cylinder valve, took out the driver H. D. and brought him to the ambulance. the latter was hospitalized in a medical center.
