The Ministry of Economy offers supplements to approve the list of products imported by organizations and individual entrepreneurs, which is exempt from the value of the value added tax.
It is noted that it has been developed, taking into account the proposals submitted by the applicants received from individual entrepreneurs.
According to the ministry, the need to adopt this law is conditioned by the need to increase the access to sweet corn seeds for land users, increasing the costs, reducing the cost of production and increasing competitiveness.
"The list of products imported by individual entrepreneurs, which is being imported by individual entrepreneurs, is regulated by organizations and individual entrepreneurs, which are not subject to excise taxes, which are imported by individual entrepreneurs.
However, there are no products in the list of agricultural crops included in the list.
The latter leads to the cost of increasing sweet corn seeds, reducing access and dropping. It is necessary to take into account that sweet corn semen in Armenia is missing, so it is possible to make production only through imported seeds.
The purpose of the supplements to the law is the settlement of the legal relations arising during the import of sweet corn seeds.
Sweet corn, hybrid, sowing conditions for land users, as well as increasing local products, increase of local products, increased costs, increase of land users, increase of competitiveness and expansion.
