EU Commission (EC) Leaders Ursula von der Deryan sent a letter to 27 EU program to re-equipment program, as she said in Brussels, the program will be discussed at the EU Ambassador Extraordinary Summit in the Belgian capital.
"The European Union's upgrade program can mobilize about 800 billion euros in defense costs for safe and residential Europe," he said.
According to him, the program consists of five points. He offers EU countries to increase current expenses by 1.5% to collect 650 billion euros for weapons production.
In addition, the European Commission intends to attract 150 billion euros in the form of loans for anti-air defense systems and weapons for Ukraine.
