The superpowers do not "throw" they go on their line. The smaller, or able to understand that line, study, from different angles, different scenarios, to do its own conclusions and developments, or, they can't.
And the attitude of the superpowers is essentially formed accordingly, not according to the degree of humility, but according to their programs, goals, adequacy, to understand them.
Otherwise, they do not have little humility, they have a great need to humble every little one "400 legal means", as the big counterfoly would say.
The interest in more modest entities occurs when they see that in the mind of that entity not to bow to the maximum effect, but to understand, organize and implement one's own work. "
