The plan for resolving the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict presented by the OSCE Minsk Group in 2019 was similar in content to the “Lavrov Plan”, which everyone knew about.
This was stated by the Chairman of the Standing Parliamentary Committee on European Integration, CP MP Arman Yeghoyan.
According to the MP, this plan presented back in 2019 was the same “Lavrov Plan”, only with some changes.
“The “Lavrov Plan” was as follows: a phased solution to the issue. In the first phase, the Armenian side was to concede 5 regions. At the same time, it was decided to leave other issues, including the settlement of the status of Nagorno-Karabakh, for an indefinite period. Everything else is just details,” he noted.
