The government made a decision on the alienation of state property at its session today, February 13.
This concerns the land plots located at 17/2, 17/5, 17/6 and 17/7 Isakov Avenue in Yerevan, which will be alienated by a classic auction.
The minimum starting price for the sale of the Property subject to alienation by auction has been set at 100 percent of the assessed value, according to the appendix to the draft decision.
Accordingly, the values of the 4 plots are: 2.78 billion drams, 544 million drams, 1 billion drams and 2.84 billion drams.
According to the draft, the buyer is also obliged to pay the fee for the Property Value Determination Services, in accordance with the appendix to the draft decision (including value added tax), which is subject to payment within one month from the date of signing the protocol on the auction results, to the appropriate account of the “Property Evaluation and Auction Center” SNCO and is not considered part of the property sale price.
