The only leader of Armenia who has signed the document is Pashinyan. Abrahamyan

Doctor of International Relations, lecturer at University College London, Eduard Abrahamyan writes on his Facebook page:

“What does it matter what was discussed or spoken in Sadarac or Key West?

Understand, all of that is history now. These are historical “sensations” that have zero impact on the current situation, the current political and power configurations, conversations of leaders of long-dead or oil-sucking former administrations and authorities around an issue that has not existed since at least 2023, thanks to the “efforts” of the main stakeholder of the issue, Armenia.

The only leader of Armenia who has put his signature under a document that has clearly formulated content and clearly formulated obligations is the Prime Minister. The NPR made the Meghri corridor or part of Syunik a “subject of discussion” not as a result of any historical conversations that took place in the late 1990s or early 2000s, but on the basis of the signing of the specific Declaration of November 9, 2020.”
