One of the three people wanted in the case of the armed incident in Merdzavan is a direct participant in the murder,“Pastinfo”was told by the press secretary of the Criminal Investigation Department Kima Avdalyan.
Let us recall that on the night of February 4-5, at around 01:00, shots were fired in the Merdzavan settlement of the Parakar enlarged community, the nephew of the administrative head Mher Akhtoyan was killed, and a friend of the Akhtoyans was wounded.
Criminal proceedings have been initiated under Part 1 of Article 155 (murder), Part 1 of Article 44-155 (attempted murder), Article 335 (illegal possession of firearms) and Part 3 of Article 297 (hooliganism with the use of weapons) of the Criminal Code.
