Edmon Marukyan, the leader of the “Bright Armenia” party, wrote:
“Immediately after the change of power, Armenia should file a lawsuit against Azerbaijan with the International Court of Justice on the basis of the “Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide”. The only effective way to curb Azerbaijan’s appetite is to protect and promote our rights.
Surrender and concessions do not curb Azerbaijan’s appetite, but only endanger the existence of Armenia’s statehood in this region.
