In 2020, CP member Arsen Torosyan acquired a plot of land in the resort town of Tsaghkadzor. And this year, according to our sources, Torosyan managed to build a mansion on that plot of land.
We tried to contact Arsen Torosyan to find out how he built this mansion, but our calls went unanswered. Let's hope that these funds will be visible in this year's declaration.
