The Munich Security Conference will discuss the outlines of a plan for resolving the Ukraine conflict, said Christoph Heusgen, the head of the forum.
"What I am sure of is that the conference will be used to see the outlines of such a plan and what parameters should be in the agreement," Heusgen emphasized.
Earlier, US President Donald Trump's special envoy for Ukraine, Keith Kellogg, denied Western media reports that the US plan for resolving the Ukrainian conflict would not be presented to him next week
at the Munich Security Conference.
He added that only an American leader could present such a plan.
