“The recent events in Sevan, Jraber and Merdzavan testify that the law and order and state control in the country are paralyzed.
Today we are witnessing an unprecedented level of lawlessness and destabilization of society, which is a consequence of the inaction of the current authorities, the inability to govern and the collapse of the pillars of legality.
During the reign of Serzh Sargsyan, Yerevan was ranked among the safest capitals in the world, and today the country has turned into a hotbed of anarchy, where weapons and criminals have become symbols of the weakness and irresponsibility of the authorities.
Armenia’s state institutions are in a deep crisis, the current government is unable to ensure the security of citizens and restore their right to live safely and peacefully in their country.
