Artur Khachatryan, a deputy of the “Armenia” bloc, said this in a conversation with journalists, referring to the content of the article published by Nikol Pashinyan today. “The more these authorities say: we will concede, do not hit, the more impudent Azerbaijan becomes. According to Khachatryan, the current government is carrying out the instructions sent by Azerbaijan and that there is no negotiation process between Armenia and Azerbaijan.
