The Rescue Service informs that there are closed and impassable highways in the territory of the Republic of Armenia. The highways leading from the Amberd high-mountain meteorological station in Aragatsotn province to Kari Lake and Amberd Fortress are closed.
The Noravan-Ltsen-Tatev, Noravan-Shinuhair-Tatev highways are impassable (black ice) for all types of vehicles. There is black ice in places on the Jujevan-Voskepar, Gegharot-Jamshlu, Norashen-Alagyaz highways and on the Dilijan bends (fog). Drivers are advised to drive exclusively with winter tires.
