The Armenian government's "E-Draft" legal acts has been published on a draft decision, according to which the compensation for deposits invested in the Republican Bank of Armenia, which has been invested in the USSR Savings Bank's Savings Bank, will continue in 2025.
According to the project, in 2025, compensation will be provided until December 31, 1942, as well as persons born, as well as persons registered in border communities and other social groups, whose enrollment is set by the government.
The project will ensure the normal continuity of deposit compensation process, as defined by the draft law on the 2025 state budget. Special attention was paid to those who are under different social categories, taking into account their needs and rights. The decision will take effect on January 1, 2025.
