The members of the Georgian parliament's ruling Georgian Dream party have approved 49 opposition MPs, resignation of mandates, officially reducing the number of deputies of the legislative body to 101. As reported by "Armenpress", this was reported by Sputnik Georgia news agency.
The applications presented all members of the "Lello for Georgia", "Unity-National Movement" and "Coalition for Change".
"The opposition cannot be constantly disrespectful to its voters, to refrain from participating in the parliamentary work," said Mamuka Mdinaradze, the leader of the Georgian Dream parliamentary majority.
