Turkic expert Varuzhan Geghamyan writes:
"In January, Turkish President Erdogan stated that they plan to build an early rail that connects Ankara to Georgia.
According to the submitted program, the new railway must pass through the Black Sea coast, including Samsun, Ordu, Trabzon and Rize (see the attached map).
Reconstruction of the Turkish city of Aleppo, which connects the Syrian city of Aleppo, is also planned.
Note that there is no question of the development of any infrastructure with Armenia (for the Kars-Gyumri Railway), what Armenia's de facto authorities are trying to persuade the agenda of the "Armenian-Turkish talks".
