According to journalists, about 30 seconds before the incident, the dispatchers tried to contact the helicopter pilots. They asked if the staff could see how the plane enters the landing zone.
One of the staff members confirmed that the plane was in view of the scope. Then they started alerted to the pilots of other planes about the incident.
