CPA MP Hayk Sargsyan suggests tightening drugs for illegal drug trafficking, including a draft law, which will be sentenced to drug trafficking for 3-6 years, 6-8 will be tightened. In terms of 8-12 years of imprisonment, the sale of information or communication technologies will be due to 8-12 years, that is, as today, in Telegram, and in some cases, minors will be involved in life imprisonment.
"As a result of the analysis of the cases registered in the Republic of Armenia, it becomes clear that drug trafficking through information or communication technologies has increased dramatically.

Therefore, with the regulation envisaged by the project, the circulation of drugs through information or communication technologies is considered an aggravating circumstance, "the draft justifications said."
