The announcement of the Prime Minister of Slovakia, Robert Fico, about the expected coup d'état in the country, as well as the riots and anti-government demonstrations in Georgia, are one-handed coordinated processes. Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze announced this during a meeting with journalists.
"Processes of this kind are agreed upon in all countries, including the spread of liberal fascism on the territory of Slovakia.
What he describes in his 10-minute video message is absolutely identical to what is happening in Georgia," said Kobakhidze, answering the journalist's question whether he considers the processes taking place in Georgia and Slovakia to be identical.
On Tuesday, January 23, Fizo convened an emergency session of the Security Council of the Republic in connection with the information received by the country's intelligence service about the threat of a coup with the participation of "foreign experts" with experience in the color revolutions of Georgia and Ukraine.
Protests have been going on in Tbilisi since November 28, 2024. They started after Kobakhidze said that the country's authorities, in turn, are freezing the process of opening negotiations on joining the European Union.
The first week of the protest was the most intense, then the protests became peaceful, they take place every day in front of the parliament building and end around midnight, citizens voluntarily leave Rustaveli Avenue.
