Tabriz metro made its services free on January 13. Such a step has been taken to combat air pollution, Mehr news agency reports that due to the increase in the concentration of air pollutants and in order to improve the situation related to air pollution, the metro will provide its services to citizens for free, encouraging them to use public transport.
According to the publication, due to the increase in air pollution, citizens are urged to avoid unnecessary trips and use public transport as much as possible.
