Azerbaijani MFA spokesperson Aykhan Hajizade, responding to RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan's Facebook post, wrote on his X page:
"And what does all this mean?" Mr. Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, let your actions speak louder than words. Your "peace-loving story" ignores the most important component of establishing peace and stability in the region: respect for the territorial integrity and sovereignty of states.
If Armenia is really interested in establishing peace with its neighbors, why do you refuse to start the process of relinquishing claims to the territories that you call "Western Armenia" and "Nagorno-Karabakh Republic" within the framework of your constitution and legislation?
