Baku and Yerevan are moving toward the normalization of relations, including thanks to Russia. Gerasimov

Chief of the General Staff of the Russian Armed Forces, Valery Gerasimov, announced this at a briefing for military attachés of foreign countries, Azerbaijani mass media reports.

"Unlike the destructive actions of the West, Russia is taking constructive steps in this region.

The positive progress of Baku and Yerevan towards the normalization of bilateral relations is evident due to the efforts of our state," said Gerasimov.
