He decided to open a beauty salon, to have his own business, so that his sisters would not be far from him. Along with his studies, Levons worked in an entertainment center, he liked to communicate with them. At that age, he did not like to earn money to trouble anyone. On the contrary, he tried to be useful to us even with his small dime." And then came the period of leaving for the army.
The mother is honest, they talked with her son about going abroad, but Levon said that he would never leave the country to serve, he stressed that it would not bring him honor, he should serve our country. Levon in July 2019 He leaves for work at 9.
He served in the 8th Defense District (Tsor) military unit. He was the driver of the artillery platoon. Mother remembers the day she sent her son to the military commissariat, from there we sent her to Artsakh He served in the Tsor military unit. We were glad that he will serve in the city we went to him, he was very happy, with a smile on his face. We went in a big group, Levons was surprised to see everyone.
His service went very well, we often went to him. Before the war, Levon developed some kind of allergy. He was forcibly sent to the medical center. He personally wrote that he would not go the car won't trust anyone, it should be near his car. During that time, we were talking, he stayed there for two or three days, I told him: Dear Levon, stay, get your treatment normally, he responded. "No, mom, I have to go, be at the "head" of my car, I don't trust anyone." That's how great his love for the car was.
Then the war started. "Before the war started, on September 26, Levons called and asked for money. "Mom, we're going to go to positions for a long time. I need money to buy sweets."
I sent the money. Levons called every morning. I was worried, but I thought he would call later. I can't describe it , what happened to me? I immediately called Levonis, he didn't answer. I asked Levon to contact me as soon as they arrived. Levon called. "Mom, be calm, everything is fine, ours is artillery, we are far from everything."
After that, he called every day, even more than once a day. We talked very briefly so as not to disturb the boys, not to harm them, and Levon did not say anything, only that everything was normal and they were fine." : Levon's sister's son is born on the first of October. "Take a good look at you before I come on vacation." Levon has only seen one of his sisters' children, my great-grandson, who is so similar to him in appearance, temperament, and even dimples.
Levon's last conversation with his family was on October 10. He called all his relatives three or four times. He warned. "Mama, there may be no call for a few days, the batteries are dead, the connection is not good." I only said to him, "Dear Levon, please be careful and come home safely." Levon, except him from performing driving duties, he helped the calculation staff by fighting against the enemy. The enemy caused a lot of losses by hitting targets, armored vehicles, firing positions, and more than a dozen infantry. Levon was laid to rest according to military protocol on July 2, 2021, in the Church of Our Lady of Sebastia, the next day was the funeral. They gave us relics from Levon."

H. G. Levon Grigoryan was posthumously awarded the "For Courage" medal and the "Martial Cross" order of the 2nd degree by the decree of the President of the Republic of Artsakh. He was also awarded by NGOs. He was buried in Yerablur.
