But on the other hand, aren't people their own enemies, to have all the opportunities, but to break the order and fall under such "restrictive" confiscations, suffering enormous losses? In particular, experts document that the slaughterhouse capacities are not sufficient, in full scale to ensure the realization of meat of origin. And this is especially noticeable now, when, for obvious reasons, the demand for meat is increasing sharply. There are also other questions.
First, what did the state institutions do to ensure that the butchers followed the established procedures? on the butchers, who seemed to be dealing with the enemies of the country.
