Iran's Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei has stated that Iran has evidence that the overthrow of Syrian President Bashar al-Assad's regime is the result of a plan by the US, Israel and another country neighboring Syria (which he did not name), writes Mehr.
"There should be no doubt that what happened in Syria is the result of a joint American and Zionist plan," Khamenei said.
"Yes, neighboring Syria has had a clear role in this matter and continues to have one.
It is obvious to everyone, but the main conspirator, the master planner and the central command center are in the USA and the Zionist regime. There is no reason to doubt this," Khamenei said.
