Aghazaryan appealed to the prosecutor, the director of the National Security Service

Yesterday, Hovik Aghazaryan's lawyer applied to the prosecutor's office to find out how the personal data of the deputy appeared in the hands of a third person, the prime minister.

"I have asked my lawyer to apply to the General Prosecutor's Office in order to initiate an appropriate legal process to clarify how my personal information from the Anti-Corruption Committee got to third parties," Aghazaryan said.

He also asked the director of the National Security Service, Armen Abazyan, whether the National Security Service received an investigative order from the Anti-Corruption Committee to conduct a digital search of the MP's phone, and if so, to provide him with that document.

Also, as a result of the search, did the National Security Service detect threats to state security, if so, what actions were taken, did they appeal to the Prosecutor General to initiate proceedings, if not, why?

However, they did not receive an answer from both institutions and they appealed to the General Prosecutor's Office.
