Movements of the Israeli army are observed in the south of Damascus province, close to the border with Lebanon, the Syrian Al-Watan newspaper writes, according to "RIA Novosti".
"The enemy forces are moving to the south of Damascus, on the border with Lebanon, they have captured the Hine settlement (50 km from Damascus) and the foothills of Khan el-Sheikh in the Qatna region," the newspaper writes.
On Monday, the Israeli aviation carried out large-scale bombings in the direction of air force bases, research centers and defense industry facilities in various provinces of Syria. The Israeli army reported that there were 250 strikes.
